Conditions
The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity, as well as the final cleaning. Long-stay and winter rental rates and conditions are available upon request.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with the security deposit. The reservation is only final after receipt of the 30% deposit.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, you are requested to pay a security deposit of €300. If no damage has been caused, this amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. In the event of damage, the cost may be fully or partially deducted from the deposit, or additional payment may be required to cover the damages incurred.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will apply:
a. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental amount.
b. Cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Arrival and Departure
You may check in after 4:00 PM, and you must vacate the accommodation before 10:00 AM; this is due to the cleaning schedule of the property.
Liability
Portugalvillas/landlord(s) accept no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any accidents, etc., during your stay in Portugal, and in particular in and around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances under which they occur.
Other
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
By making your booking and subsequent payment of the rental amount, you declare that you agree to the above conditions and the general rental terms and conditions of Portugalvillas.
Annulering
Bij annulering van de huurovereenkomst door huurder(s) worden de volgende annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht:
a. bij annulering tot 6 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: 30% van de huursom.
b. bij annulering vanaf 6 weken voor de eerste dag van het geboekte verblijf: het volledige factuurbedrag.
Aankomst en vertrek
Na 16.00 uur kunt u de accommodatie betrekken en u moet de accommodatie vóór 10.00 uur hebben verlaten; dit is in verband met het schoonmaken van de accommodatie.
Aansprakelijkheid
Portugalvillas/verhuurder(s) aanvaarden geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor de gevolgen van eventuele ongevallen etc. tijdens uw verblijf in Portugal en in het bijzonder in en rondom de accommodatie, veroorzaakt door welke omstandigheden dan ook.
Overig
Wij adviseren u een degelijke reis- en annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
Door uw boeking en aansluitende betaling van de huurprijs, verklaart u zich akkoord met bovenstaande voorwaarden en algemene huurvoorwaarden van Portugalvillas.
